Making A Purchase

Click on any product(s) that you wish to buy, to put it/them into the PayPal Shopping Cart. After you have finished your selection, click checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. On submitting your order you will be connected to PayPal's secure server where your details will be taken.

Personal cheques can also be accepted (UK only), please contact sales@FUSShop.co.uk directly with your order to arrange this. Goods will be shipped when funds have cleared.

Shipping

Your order will be dispatched within 72 hours of receiving it. If for some reason we cannot fulfil the order within this time we will contact you.

All Orders are Shipped using Royal Mail Signed For Services, unless specifically asked for another service.

Shipping to UK Addresses: Recorded Delivery service is used. A signature will be required on delivery. If Royal Mail is running smoothly you should receive your order the 1-3 days after dispatch.

Shipping to International Addresses: International Signed For is used. A signature will be required on delivery. All items will be dispatched by airmail on the first available flight. Delivery times will vary depending on location.

As methods of shipping require the goods to be signed for on delivery, please make sure there will be somebody in to sign for the goods.

Returns

In the event that you need to return an item please follow the steps below:

The item should be posted back to the FUSShop within 10 days of receipt. It must be returned within this time for us to accept the package. Items must be in a new and unused condition. We cannot accept responsibility for any returned products whilst they are in the postal system until they are signed for by a FUSShop employee. Returns are at your cost.

We are happy to offer an exchange or full refund if required.

Please note: in the event that you want to return an item but it is now in Sale, we can only offer a refund for the sale price and not the original price.
